Refund Policy - Charitable Contributions

Gifts to Founders Legacy Foundation (FLF) are charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable. We will promptly correct errors or duplicate payments—email info@founderslegacyfoundation.com within 30 days of payment with your name, amount, date, and reason. Event tickets or merchandise may have separate terms; see the event/product page for details.

Tax Acknowledgement

Unless stated otherwise, no goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions (any token items are intended to be insubstantial; you may waive them). FLF is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 39-4565999).
