You provide: name, email, phone number, mailing address, donation amounts/fund choices, payment details (processed by our providers), preferences (e.g., SMS opt-in), event RSVPs, messages, board/volunteer interest info.
Collected automatically: device/usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed), cookies and similar tech (see “Cookies & Analytics”).
From third parties: payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments/PayPal) for payment status; email/SMS tools; analytics; event or survey platforms.

7) Data retention
Donation and financial records are typically kept at least 7 years to meet legal/tax obligations. Other data is kept as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, then deleted or de-identified.
